Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made less than 2 hours before the pickup time will be billed at 100% of the total for the trip for sedans & SUV's. For hourly trips, if cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the pickup time, the client will be billed 2 hours minimum at the vehicle's specific hourly rate for a sedan or SUV trip.
No Show Policy
If a Client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost is charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations after a chauffeur has reached or is in route to a reservation's location.
Waiting Time
If the passenger loads within the first 15 minutes of the pickup time, the waiting time is complimentary. After 15 minutes, the client will be charged in 15 minute (.25 increments) blocks based on the vehicle's specific hourly rate.
No Smoking & Alcohol Drinking Policy
All of our cars are non-smoking. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Alcohol drinking in the vehicle is only approved for vehicles that have a separation barrier between the chauffeur and the passengers.
Other Policies
- Clients agree that the passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not excede the number of seat belts installed.*
- If you are traveling with pets, special approval must be obtained and additional fees will apply.
Damages
For any damage to vehicle a $250 minimum charge will be added to the credit card on file. If charges to return the vehicle to prior condition exceed minimum charges you will be notified of additional payment.
* Child seats may be available for an additional charge.
